The power of a testimony
Cor thought, if there was a God, it would be great if he would heal her physically. When he eased that burden it opened the door to him healing her mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well. When trauma enters a life, development in all other areas ceases. One becomes frozen in time. When Christ steps with wholeness, the tsunami of healing can be discombobulating and overwhelming.
In her memoir, From the Core: A Spiritual Journey of Losing Everything and Finding Hope, Cor shares her journey from broken to whole to learning to live in wholeness in a way that is raw and real and deeply personal and unexpectedly inspiring. That's what happens when Christ steps in. Everyone who sees what he does in a life is filled with hope.
Rooted in Research
Only 11% of Christians live fully transformed
In the course of conducting 15,000 telephone surveys using both quantitative and qualitative research for his book Maximum Faith: Live Like Jesus, famed Christian worldview researcher Dr. George Barna discovered two things:
1. God's spiritual transformation process is strategic. There is a process. He has a plan.
2. Only a very small percentage of Christians make it past the 1/2 way point.
The From the Core Project is designed to engage people in the journey and drive the process of transformation in those who said "Yes" to following Christ.

From the Core Podcast
This journey is not for the faint of heart. It will require strength and courage. But along the journey, and at the end of the journey, you will become well. And you will serve others.
The podcast ensures, as we tackle profound and sometimes difficult topics, Cor will be at the other end of the microphone to ensure you will not walk alone.
